TECHNICIAN EMPLOYMENT PRE-REQUISITE INFORMATION

Guy's Ice Machine Service, Inc. is located in Clearwater, Florida. We are always interested in considering potential new service technicians to bring on board. Our employees on average have been with us 20+ years. We would welcome receiving your completed application.

Our best candidates will have these qualities:

• Clean driving record – mandatory – we cannot hire you if you have prior negative history.
• Can pass background/illegal drug testing (self explanatory – substance abuse cannot be tolerated)
• Reasonably good attitude (we understand everyone has bad days – Uncontrolled, disrespectful outbursts, however are a problem)
• Integrity (how you act when no one is watching – you will likely have this tested)
• Reliability (tardiness or other irresponsibilty toward your job will cause termination)
• Honesty (with the company and our customers)
• Mechanical apptitude (if you don't have it, it will be readily apparent)
• Ability to interact comfortably with customers and co-workers.
• Experience very helpful but lack of it is not a deal breaker. We would rather help train the right person than retrain someone who "already knows it all".
• Physically able to perform required work.
